PAST EDITIONS

In 2016 the BARCELONA WORKSHOP ON REGIONAL AND URBAN ECONOMICS reaches its seventh edition. Since 2013 our workshop also became an ERSA workshop. The spirit of our meeting is to bring together researchers in regional science and urban economics who are working in specific topics in which we concentrate our focus.

AQR Research Group

The University of Barcelona’s Regional Quantitative Analysis Group (AQR) is located in the University’s Department of Econometrics, Statistics and Applied Economy. Its staff, who number some forty professionals from Spain and other countries, conduct research in the field of applied economics and focus on urban and regional issues.
